Questions brokers ask

Before you book a call.

Straight answers on what it does, what it doesn't, and who it's for.

What is CRE ShopWorks?

CRE ShopWorks sets up an AI back office for independent commercial real estate brokerages. OMs and flyers, Crexi campaigns, listserv posts, BPOs and BOVs, comps, prospecting, letters, LOIs, leases and renewals come back drafted, branded and checked, inside the shop's own accounts. It is installed by Shelly Morgan, a licensed Texas commercial broker.

Who is it for?

Independent commercial brokerages with roughly 3 to 15 agents that do real volume without a full back office staff. Current markets are Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio. CRE ShopWorks does not take clients in Central Texas, and it takes one shop per market and specialty for the Full Back Office install.

Does it send emails and campaigns on its own?

No. Crexi replies, listserv posts, e-blasts and letters are drafted and staged for your agent to approve. Social posts run on a schedule you approve in advance. Nothing goes out under your name without a person in your shop seeing it.

Does it work on a Mac and on Windows?

Yes. The system runs in your Claude account and your Drive, not on one machine. Agents who work from a Mac with Google at home and a Windows PC with Microsoft 365 at the office pick up where they left off on either one.

What if our IT department locks down Outlook?

The install includes a Google path for shops whose IT blocks AI apps from connecting to email, set up only with the broker-owner's written approval.

Do I still need a marketing coordinator, transaction coordinator or assistant?

Many shops hire for these roles because the work piles up on the broker-owner. CRE ShopWorks sets up systems that handle much of that work: marketing pieces, listing drafts, social posts, completion sheets, renewals, inbox watch and deal tracking. Someone in the shop still reviews every output, and the shop pays its own tool subscriptions.

Is this software I have to learn?

No. It is a setup service. The work runs in tools your shop already uses or pays for directly: Claude, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, HubSpot or your CRM, Blotato, Crexi, Constant Contact, Zapier and Buildout. Agents ask for a job by name, like a flyer or a renewal, and review what comes back.

Does AI replace my agents' judgment?

No. Every document is reviewed by the shop's licensed agent before it goes out, and legal templates are approved by the shop's own attorney. Appraisal district values, acreage and ownership are read from the primary source with the tax year named next to each figure.

Can it fill TXR forms?

It builds completion sheets keyed to the paragraph numbers of your own TXR forms, used through your own TXR membership. CRE ShopWorks never supplies or rebuilds promulgated forms.

Do you need our passwords?

No. Your shop grants access through each tool's own sharing or admin settings, and you can remove it any time. Every account stays in your shop's name.

Do you do IT support or computer cleanup?

No. File organization in your Drive or SharePoint is included. Device repair, IT support and bookkeeping are not.

What happens if we cancel the retainer?

What's installed keeps working in your accounts. Monthly updates stop, so it falls behind as tools and forms change.

What does it cost?

The Marketing Sprint is $2,500 one time for two weeks and is credited toward the Marketing install. Single categories start at $2,500 to install plus $500 a month. The Full Back Office is $12,500 to install plus $2,500 a month. Prices are for shops of up to 10 agents, and support is month to month after the install.
