Who installs it

Shelly Morgan, Texas commercial broker.

I'm a broker, not a programmer. I built this system for my own retail, office, land and special-use business, and I still run it on my own listings every day.

I built the system inside a working Round Rock commercial shop, Don Quick & Associates, where the deals were real and the back office was me. It started with flyers at night. It grew into Crexi campaigns, listserv posts, a monthly foreclosure pipeline, BPOs with every county figure checked at the source, lease completion sheets, renewals and a morning list of what needs doing.

I describe myself as not tech savvy. I still built and deployed my own website, connected it to Buildout, and got it read by AI search tools. If I can run this, your agents can.

Why one shop per market

The Full Back Office comes with exclusivity in your metro and specialty. I take one office shop per metro, one land shop per metro, and so on. It keeps me from building the same advantage for your competitor across the street.

Why no clients in Central Texas

I broker in Williamson, Travis, Hays, Bastrop, Burnet, Bell and Milam counties. I don't install this for shops headquartered or working mostly in those counties. Current markets are Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio.

What I don't do

CRE ShopWorks does not provide brokerage services or legal advice. Your licensed agents review every output, your attorney approves legal language, and every account stays in your shop's name.
